Saying ‘No’ to Foreign Oil: Instead of imported olive oil, we use wine grape seed oils from the Yakima Valley. It’s what ‘here’ tastes like. Try all three flavors of our Middle Eastern Washington Hummus. Ladle into our Chimichurri. Our sauces and spreads are party-ready. Are you?

The Sound Bites Line-Up

Clockwise from top left: White Bean Hummus with Chardonnay Oil. Notes of butter and garlic in a creamy spread. Heaven on flat bread or in your favorite sandwich. Red Bean Hummus with Merlot Oil. Cheese-like and pungent, with notes of fresh herbs and a Merlot finish. Snack it on a whole wheat cracker. Garbanzo Hummus with Riesling Oil.A new take on a familiar staple. Refreshing and light, Riesling Oil adds a green, spring-like flavor. Munch with crackers and carrots. Chimichurri del Norte(tm) con Cabernet Sauvignon Oil or con Lime Riesling Oil. A tango for the taste buds, the recipe hails from Argentina. Peppery and richly complex, it’s a marinade, grilling sauce, and bread dipper.

Great for Your Taste Buds–and Your Body: Sauces and spreads made with grape seed oils are healthier for you than those made with olive oil. Compared to olive oil, grape seed oil has half the saturated fat (10% versus 20%), nearly five times more of the essential polyunsaturated fats (70% versus 15%), and more than twice the Vitamin E (250 mg/kg versus 100 mg/kg). In other words, grape seed oil has more of the good stuff your body needs.
